Refunds and Cancellation of Order

We will refund in full any order cancelled within 14 days of placing providing the order has not been dispatched. 

Money Back Guarantee and Refund Policy

Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund. You are entitled to a seven working day "cooling off" period from the date after you recieve your goods. We will refund the cost of the goods in full, but you must take reasonable care of the item(s) and must not use them if item(s) are to be returned to Poynton Pine Ltd. Please return items in their original packaging and please also note that matresses can only be returned if they are unopened. Mattresses which have been opened and slept on cannot be returned; if you wish to test the mattress please ensure you keep it wrapped until you are sure you want to keep it. To cancel you must email, write or fax us on 01625 871964 within seven days of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number. We will collect your returned item(s) at the same time as we issue the refund. Our refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process.

Ordering

Once an order is placed, delivery time is usually within 6 weeks for England and Wales or within 8 weeks for Scotland. If an item is out of stock we will advise you on a approximate delivery time and give you the option to cancel your order. At the time of placing your order please inform us if you consider that we may encounter any difficulties when delivering your furniture. i.e. please check staircase sizes etc. The goods remain the property of Poynton Pine Furniture LTD until valid payment has been received in full. Our policy is strictly payment of balance on delivery. All of our furniture is made from natural wood. Some splitting and shifting of the wood will occur and colours will change over time, please be aware of this before you order.

Faults & Returns

All furniture should be checked upon delivery and any serious faults must be reported within seven days of receipt of the product. We offer a twelve month structural guarantee on all furniture ordered through the website / on the phone after which time it remains at the discretion of Poynton Pine Furniture LTD whether or not to repair the furniture free of charge. 

Furniture Care

If a laquer finish is requested then any furniture care product may be used to clean or polish. Any waxed furniture must be cleaned with a dry lint free cloth or an application of wax exery 2-3 months if required. Wax is available from the shop or on our delivery vans. If you are unsure about which finish you have ordered please do not hesitate to contact the shop on 01625 871964.

Deliveries

Poynton Pine will deliver free within a 20 mile radius of Poynton, Cheshire. National Deliveries are charges at £39.99 per drop (not per item). Furniture can be bubble-wrapped and delivered to any port for export abroad or to uk islands. Please contact us for further information on 01625 871964. We use our own transport which ensures that your furniture arrives in great condition and we always use a two man team when required. We will place the furniture in the room of your choice and all large items are usually be split and reassembled where possible.
