Its always good to hear you've done a good job, and you have - again. Just to say many
thanks for your customer service with my recent order.
A triple wardrobe, chest of drawers and two bedside cabinets. I had already had a TV
unit and two coffee tables from you.
The order was dealt with very quickly on the phone, I requested a small amendment to
the standard piece and this was handled with efficiency. The order arrived within the
given timescales, and although I had to change the delivery time due to my work
commitments, the guys arrived within 10 mins of the given time, that despite the great
distance between yourselves and Norfolk. The delivery guys were very quick and
efficient and placed the furniture exactly as I asked them to.
The standard of your workmanship and the overall look of the items are great.

The larder cupboard was meant to be
delivered by the 22 of november,we ordered
on the 5 of october and it arrived by the 9
of october! If that wasn't good enough they
rung to let us know that delivery would be
for the saturday and within a one hour time
slot,brilliant !
